8. Getting it Sold

The last step in the process is to get it sold.  With years of experience in Real Estate this is the fun part.  Professional photography, drone video, staging, open houses, extensive marketing, everything we need to get the project sold as quickly as possible for the most money.

2. Researching Flips

Finding deals involves more than just finding fixer uppers, it involves analyzing the area around the possible investment property, reviewing days on market, quality of finishes, margins, and many other factors.  We of course find those properties that are new to the market, but also hidden gems that have been overlooked. It is time consuming and in this very competitive market, these deals must be leapt on as quickly as possible.

3. Property Previews

Previewing & researching investment properties can be very time consuming.  njhomeflipper will do detailed searches for fixer uppers, pull comps, preview properties, and check for open permits.

4. Researching Comps (Comparable properties)

Comps are critical in ensuring the flip is viable.  I won't only present deals to you, but I will also provide comparable properties so you will have an idea of what your ARV (after renovation value) will be.

5. Quarterbacking the deal

We are experienced real estate agents that will manage every step of the home buying process - offer, attorney review, inspections, appraisals, title search, financing, re-negotiations (if possible)

6. Home Renovation, Redesign, & Staging Services

Well we have great taste after designing several homes from the ground up.  We have the expertise to know what clients are looking for to make your flip as sellable as possible while still designing on a dime. We will provide you with a free design consultation and give you my opinion on your design choices so we can make the right choices before it gets put back on the market.
